The paper ‘On metaphorical views, dynamite, and doodlings
Functions of domain adjectives in metaphorical domain constructions’ by Gudrun Reijnierse, Christian Burgers, Tina Krennmeyr and Gerard Steen had been published in the November issue of the Review of Cognitive Linguistics.
The paper presents a systematic, bottom-up, investigation of the role of adjectives as metaphor signals in metaphorical domain constructions (MDCs) within the framework of Deliberate Metaphor Theory. The full paper can be found here.
